Jacob, understanding my needs and desires during the leasing process, was caring, knowledgeable and patient throughout. I felt heard and understood and was under no stress at all. We never felt pressured. Both Garrett and Jacob were great. They answered our questions and made our decision easy. Jacob even was kind enough to track down our kiddos stuffe Both Garrett and Jacob were great. They answered our questions and made our decision easy. Jacob even was kind enough to track down our kiddos stuffed animal, whiskers, after she left it behind after a test drive. Garrett was super communicative and even checked in that everything was going well when we picked up our license plates. We had a wonderful experience. More

What a great experience we had at Carter. I know people don’t think of car dealers as customer oriented but Jacob certainly kept our needs at the front. We were treated with care and respect. I intended to only test drive one of the cars I had been researching for some weeks. Salesman quickly arranged to drive the model I was looking. All good. Talked about price, car options and available model researching for some weeks. Salesman quickly arranged to drive the model I was looking. All good. Talked about price, car options and available models. Then financing options all with no pressure. Salesman spent a half hour going through basic functions of the car and settings and called a week later to check on my experience with the car. More
