I came in to trade in my 2022 BMW 330e and purchase a 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV listed at $23,900. The experience was extremely disappointing and dishonest. When I pushed back, they claimed they were doing me a favor by applying the Florida trade-in tax savings — which is actually my legal right under Florida law, not a dealership courtesy. Despite the vehicle being listed at $23,900, they presented a total financed amount of $34,900 with no clear breakdown of how they arrived at that number. When I questioned the inflated fees, they refused to provide transparency. This dealership uses classic bait-and-switch tactics: lowball the trade-in, inflate dealer fees, and present legal consumer rights as special favors to distract from the real numbers. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Attorney General's office. Buyer beware. More
