Was looking for a used Ford Maverick Truck 2022 and found one at Royal Kia in Tucson, Arizona and it was a hybrid as well. Made an appointment to look at it today. Our sales person was Luis Torres and the sales manager was Jacob Nooter. All our prior car buying experiences were not pleasant experiences due to the techniques most car dealers use. Royal, a family owned business, was different from the very beginning. Luis was pleasant and informed and the experience was relaxing with no back and forth with the back office during the negotiations. We were asked what our financial criteria was and then Luis worked very hard to make that happen. When we reached an agreement Luis worked very hard to get us the best loan rates to meet our payment goal. Then when the deal was signed out he came with a "Little gift", a dozen red roses. I actually got the full ROYAL treament and it was a delightful experience, not painful like so many before. Their sales consultants are non-commission and do the whole transaction not passing you around to different managers or the finance department. Royal also offers a "Warranty Forever" at no cost on most pre-owned cars, the only dealership in Southern Arizona that does so. We are so glad we found Royal Kia and left with a 2022 Ford Maverick Hybrid Truck with a smile on our face. More

Incredible service from all. I bought a Telluride in 2023 from this dealership and Jake Nooter and contacted Jake when this Telluride was totaled in a car accident so I could pu I bought a Telluride in 2023 from this dealership and Jake Nooter and contacted Jake when this Telluride was totaled in a car accident so I could purchase another. Refuses to return calls, buyers are passed from rep to rep with story after story. If they don't believe they can sell you a car with in an hour and at an inflated price then you are just a speed bump to rep with story after story. Screenshot everything, after receiving a written price quote from a sales manager the vehicle price was raised by over 1000 dollars in listing with rep claiming the price I had was "discounted" despite cargurus flagging it as above market value before change. Cherry picked/fake reviews, untrained sales reps (Ray) under the table deals (Jake) laughable lies (Car has been in reconditioning for 3 weeks with no work done) BBB complaint filed, AZ DOT inquiry opened. Next call is to Paul Weitman to explain Royal Kia's discrimination against buyers More
