Universal Genesis on Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando was so easy to work with! Johnathan Weidner made the whole process, smooth and relaxed! There was no pressure at any time, best car dealership/Sales Professional that I’ve worked with in my lifetime 56 years? He even took the time to explain every detail, every button, every feature of our new GV 80, 3.5L. We compared the GV 80 3.5L to the Mercedes GLE 450, and we liked all the features the Genesis had! The prices were about the same, so it was a no-brainer! Thank you, Johnathan and Jacob for not rushing us and taking the time to explain everything! More

Killian has the personality to make it in this fast paced service industry. The Service experience was much better than compared to leadership under the previous service manager Greg which service experience service industry. The Service experience was much better than compared to leadership under the previous service manager Greg which service experience was awful. On a dealer level the Service Lounge was too small and needs more seating accommodation, we had to go sit at Nissan but enjoyed the cafe there. I also reconnected with my prior salesman (Jacob) while i was there and he made me feel welcome important and comfortable too. Thank you for a better experience this visit than in years past. More
