Disappointed that I purchased a 2024 Nissan Frontier on June 12th, in the glove compartment was owners manuals for a 2026 Frontier. Apparently they just want to sale vehicles and not provide necessary support. Disappointing. Now I have to scramble to find the needed owners manuals on my own rather then having had them provided as they should have been from the initial purchase. More

Took 42 minutes to get me checked in. I’m sitting there waiting and I had to ask why no one was checking me in. He told me that he thought I was already checked in. I said oh is there a plastic number on top of my car showing I’m checked in? I was told it would be 5 hours since they were going to do diagnostic. My appointment was 220 pm I didn’t get a call back until 130 pm the next day. I kept calling and leaving messages and told someone would call me and no one did. I don’t understand why I didn’t get a call the same night to let me know they needed to keep my car overnight. More
