Communication at the dealership was lacking. I sent multiple emails requesting information about a couple of cars and received nothing. I called the dealership and spoke with Jacob and things seemed to be OK. I purchased a demo 2024 Genesis 80 For a great price. I had the car shipped and when I received it, it had not been cleaned. The dealership left personal documents Of one of their customers. Not cool. I requested a temp tag and paid for it, but never received it. This dealership behaved more like a sleazy used car dealership than a luxury Genesis dealership. I’m not sure I would do business with them again . More
