We had an amazing experience with Jacob. I had reached out to him looking for a specific vehicle model. He informed me there was not any in Stock but one was due to arrive in a couple of mon I had reached out to him looking for a specific vehicle model. He informed me there was not any in Stock but one was due to arrive in a couple of months. There was a customer interested ahead of us but Jacob was upfront and said if they didn't proceed with the purchase he would give me a call. A few days later he called saying he had reached out to the other customer and they had already purchased a different vehicle. Therefore, if I wanted to be the first to be notified when the vehicle arrived I just needed to provide basic information. He kept me informed while we waited. The vehicle arrived earlier than expected so the process to purchase the vehicle wr had been waiting for started. It was a business purchase and although it was new for Jacob. He was very upfront about everything. There was no game playing and he made everything very easy. He was always available for any questions and worked a late evening to finalize our purchase. Jacob and the mission Viejo team made this purchase so pleasant and easy. We will definitely recommend him to others. More
