Our sales consultant, Jackson, was incredibly friendly, hardworking, and easy to work with from start to finish. Since we live three hours away, most of our dealings were done over the phone, and Jackson made sure everything was squared away before we even left home. In fact, I completed the credit application on my phone beforehand, making the entire process even smoother. He kept us updated via text, answered all our questions, and worked hard to make the deal happen. My wife and I coordinated with him to go after work on a Friday, but we couldn’t arrive until 6 PM—just an hour before closing. Jackson was completely fine with that! He was there to help and serve, never rushing us or making us feel like an inconvenience. Once everything was finalized, he even helped us set up our Bronco Sport in the FordPass Rewards app so we could take advantage of rewards points and all the available technology features. He also made sure my phone was connected via Bluetooth before we left. The entire experience was smooth and flawless from start to finish. We also had a great experience with our finance manager, Ramle South. He thoroughly explained optional additional coverages in a clear and professional manner, ensuring we had all the information we needed without any pressure. He made the entire signing process simple and efficient, which we really appreciated. Beyond the exceptional service, we loved the top-notch, modern, and clean facility at Stivers Ford. The dealership provides refreshments and creates a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall customer experience. This was truly the easiest car-buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We highly recommend both Jackson and Stivers Ford to anyone looking for a professional, hassle-free experience. Jackson, Eddie and several other Stiver’s Ford staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help us in an emergency situation on Saturday, 2/8/25.
