I was lied to by the service dept. I was told the part I needed was covered on my warranty. I went back 3 times and the part was never right. Still I was never told it wasn't covered. Then I needed a different part to fix the original problem. Then when that was going to be fixed, it wasn't covered anymore. I had the issue fixed and asked the last 2 times I was there if they would check my front passenger tire as it was losing air. The first time I asked, it was never checked. The last time I was there, and asked again, was told they took a staple out. To this day I am still having to put air in that tire. Finally, it is getting repaired, but not by Auto Park of Bremen.
