The service department was wonderful. I purchased a vehicle and upon getting it home realized the tire pressure monitoring system light would not go out even with adequate air in each tir I purchased a vehicle and upon getting it home realized the tire pressure monitoring system light would not go out even with adequate air in each tire. The service department went above and beyond to figure out the problem and replaced the sensors. Haven’t had an issue with it since. More

I had scheduled a front to back service costing approximately $2500.00. The vehicle was losing one quart of oil per 1000 miles. Before the service was even started they scoped the engine. It's an hour drive for me each way I took in truck to get some work done under warranty they forgot to check into why the exhaust brake wasn't working and then called me and told me it was done got it back h some work done under warranty they forgot to check into why the exhaust brake wasn't working and then called me and told me it was done got it back home realized it wasn't working called them and they act like it was no big deal that just to bring it back down there after they already had it for over a week took another truck down there before that had it scheduled for a recall they made the appointment with me not even paying attention that they didn't even have the stuff to fix the recall so wasted my time again and when you say something to him they just act like it's no big deal they obviously like wasting people's time More

I've taken different trucks there multiple times the last two or three times we had an issue the first issue was they had me bring my truck down there for a recall and the lady in the office didn't even chec two or three times we had an issue the first issue was they had me bring my truck down there for a recall and the lady in the office didn't even check with the recall is they didn't have what was needed to fix the recall at the time so I delivered a truck and dropped it off then had to pick it up a day later for no reason they completely wasted my time it's an hour each way the second time we took our tow truck down there we specifically had in the notes that the exhaust break wasn't working they didn't fix that and then when I call after they sold me other things like a oil change and fuel filter and I asked him about the exhaust break they said they forgot to bring it back down there whenever I got time again it's an hour each way they don't respect their customers' time have to take time off work to deliver a truck an hour each way for their screw up and they act like it was not a big deal I get everyone screws up but they didn't like it when I told him to come pick the truck up they're the ones that screwed up More
