There was some miscommunication regarding when we could complete the paperwork and pick up the truck (we showed up thinking everything was good to go when it actually wasn't ready) but when they became aware of the mixup they really hustled and made things right. I would buy from them again. If not for that mixup I would give them five stars. More

My choice to come back when some numbers were calculated and spent time with Ralph . We went over some numbers and then took a test drive and went over the Equnoxes features. When we got back we sat and talked to Sam about numbers I would like better and came to an agreement . Cory was in financial area and that was also a quick and pleasant experience. Ralph was wonderful and easy to talk to. After my purchase he spent time in the car to be sure I understood the features in the car. They get a two thumbs up !! More

As soon as I walked in she greated my mother and I with a smile and worked diligently with us to get us what we wanted in our price range. She also helped me set everything up with the car and even picked me up from my house and drove me to the dealership. I can not express how happy I am with my new equinox and how beautiful the panoramic sun roof and leather seats are. I am excited to use all my new features, thanks Chevy Schumacher and Jackie!!
