Polite, personable, anxious to please personnel. Facilities good. Comments on service to follow after more experience. Good selection of cars. Usual xx in buying process as experienced at other dealers. Better to set a firm price for all, deduct trade , etc. Did that elsewhere and bought 2 Fords. Traded a pristine 2023 and was told at first it was fair condition. They backed off, but…, Overall, experience had an edge over my previous Subaru dealer. More

Both Jackie Dempsey and the whole Granite team were terrific, as usual. I have worked with Granite sales and service folks for more than a decade and always found everyone to be very helpful and profes terrific, as usual. I particularly appreciate the low-pressure approach for sales and valet option for service. Jackie was a true pleasure to deal with, paying close attention to what we wanted and helping us find the perfect car for our needs. More

We got a gem of a car but wasn’t impressed with dealership. We paid for car to be put through shop for inspection in order to put temporary plates on it as it was “ as is “. They told us it woul dealership. We paid for car to be put through shop for inspection in order to put temporary plates on it as it was “ as is “. They told us it wouldn’t pass as it needed new brakes and rotors. We had to take 2 extra trips ( 2 hours total driving ) to buy the car, take receipt to town hall for plates and then back to be able to drive car home. Only to find out from our mechanic it didn’t need new brakes. They were PERFECT. Really upsetting the time off work and mileage driving back and forth. Clearly trying to get back the money they “ negotiated down on price”. More

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Jackie Dempsy. Jon Koresky worked some literal magic to ensure I was getting the best deal on my new car and trade-in, and was such a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend these two individuals enough and Granite Subaru in general! More

From the time I arrived to the minute I drove off the lot in my brand new 2024 crosstrek was the most stress free experience I've ever had. I went in with the mindset that most sales people are in it just fo in my brand new 2024 crosstrek was the most stress free experience I've ever had. I went in with the mindset that most sales people are in it just for the $$$ which in part is true but at Granite Subaru they actually took the time and listened to me and didn't try to sell me extra things that I didn't need also the manager worked his but off to get me a decent rate on my car loan. I would also highly recommend their service department for all your car needs they were fast and not really expensive and right now we can all use a little savings. More
