Third and final trip to this dealership's service department for a warranty/recall issue with a 2020 Explorer. First time I called ahead and when I got their they told me they would need the vehicle department for a warranty/recall issue with a 2020 Explorer. First time I called ahead and when I got their they told me they would need the vehicle all day so I scheduled an appointment a month in advance. Second time I arrived at 8am and was told that they forgot to order the recall part so I had to reschedule for two weeks later. Third time I stopped in at 8am on my day off but was told there was no courtesy shuttle available to me even though it's listed on their website. Cortese doesn't make loaner cars available to their customers so they told me to either rent a car or just wait all day, assuming they could even get to my car before they closed at 5pm. While none of the service advisors were outright rude to me, to say the service department was either professional or courteous in this situation would be false. More
