HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP! !!! I’ve had nothing but problems. Now they scratched my car at my last service and want me to pay them to fix the damage they caused!!! BEWARE their !!! I’ve had nothing but problems. Now they scratched my car at my last service and want me to pay them to fix the damage they caused!!! BEWARE their after purchase service is horrible!!!! My car has lil over 12,000 miles and now has scratches from their car wash. Service manager Jason said their automatic car wash doesn’t hold dirt, well Jason my car wasn’t scratched when I gave it to you. DAMAGED MY CAR AND THEY ARE DOING NOTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!! More

While the associates at this location are great it is absolutely absurd that there is a 200 fee for JUST a diagnostic to turn lights off. I bring my car to this location to be serviced often and I advise absolutely absurd that there is a 200 fee for JUST a diagnostic to turn lights off. I bring my car to this location to be serviced often and I advised them what was happening and was told that if there was no work ,there would not be a a fee. Well 200 later that was a lie. I'm very disappointed because normally I don't have any issues with this location. More

I have been doing business at Acura Of Orange Park since 1985. I have always had a positive relationship with all the personnel who have come and gone at the dealership. The service manager and all the other people who work in service,especially Gage, have a lot of integrity and communicate very well with their customers. Absolutely horrible experience. Jean was our salesman. He is THE LEASE PERSONABLE PERSON IVE EVER MET. He did not know the answer to any of our questions and provided no explanation to simple questions. He is THE LEASE PERSONABLE PERSON IVE EVER MET. He did not know the answer to any of our questions and provided no explanation to simple questions. While filling out forms, he had no answer and did not give us any of the papers requested. He made us transfer everything to our new car and did not offer to help once. Jean also did not thank us or say goodbye as we were leaving. The worst sales person ever. Finally, while in finance, we were given little to no guideance and when we told the finance director we were missing our car insurance, he told us “that was on us to get back.” AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
