Absolutely horrible experience. Jean was our salesman. He is THE LEASE PERSONABLE PERSON IVE EVER MET. He did not know the answer to any of our questions and provided no explanation to simple questions. He is THE LEASE PERSONABLE PERSON IVE EVER MET. He did not know the answer to any of our questions and provided no explanation to simple questions. While filling out forms, he had no answer and did not give us any of the papers requested. He made us transfer everything to our new car and did not offer to help once. Jean also did not thank us or say goodbye as we were leaving. The worst sales person ever. Finally, while in finance, we were given little to no guideance and when we told the finance director we were missing our car insurance, he told us “that was on us to get back.” AVOID AT ALL COSTS. More

This week we purchased a new car and spoke to the salesman, Tyson Mergener, Jack Hanania, Greg Fouche, Gigi Sellers, Danny Hines, and Dimy Saint-Pierre, the F&I manager. Everyone was extremely personal and friendly and made the purchase, from start to finish, a pleasant experience. This was our 12th car purchased/leased from Jack, and every time the purchase could not have been any smoother. We would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership in the future. We look forward to owning this Acura ILX and returning to the dealership for future service calls. More
