We recently purchased a used vehicle from Russ Darrow and are highly upset with my purchase. I was told my car was cleaned prior to us seeing it. It definitely was not. The smell of cigarette smoke was over are highly upset with my purchase. I was told my car was cleaned prior to us seeing it. It definitely was not. The smell of cigarette smoke was overpowering and during the test drive we found syrup in the glove compartment and coffee on the ceiling. I was told it would be cleaned that night before we came back to pick it up the next day. We were also told the car had been looked at. The following day the car still smelled, granted not as bad due to the ionizer running in the car when we arrived. We drove the car home and the smell increased and the car pulled greatly to the left needed an alignment. Later looking through the car we found several sources of mold throughout the car. We also found the spare tire was not secured in and burnt out lights were not changed. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told they would see who was available to talk to me and nothing. My husband called and we will see what they actually do. More

They were helpful and accommodating. The experience was frustrating because I was trying to find a replacement for a disabled vehicle, but it worked ok. The music they play in the showroom is really bad. Some sort of almost heavy metal to hard rock. Very hard to concentrate and feel at ease making a decision. I will most likely not take the car to this dealership for service, I'll stick with Toyota across the street. Overall, good experience. More
