I had a great experience with the customer service team and the mechanic Mario at Honda on Lancaster Ave, in Reading PA. Jon was especially wonderful—very helpful, professional, and kept me updated through and the mechanic Mario at Honda on Lancaster Ave, in Reading PA. Jon was especially wonderful—very helpful, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process of getting my radio replaced. He went out of his way to work with me on the cost of the replacement, which I truly appreciated. The service wasn't the smoothest but not because of them it was out of there control with the replacement piece not working when received. Jon made sure to fully keep communication with me at all times and thoughtful from start to finish. I’ve always been a Honda customer and will continue to have my car serviced here. Highly recommend their team! More

The Honda service department has taken care of my Hondas for the past 18 years. I would recommend them to anyone. You can always count on the service team to provide good work. My vehicle was just in for PA Inspection and I waited in their waiting room. I was disappointed that it took two hours to perform the service since the vehicle didn't need anything for inspection.
