Overall a decent experience. The reps at the front desk were tentative and helpful. My only critique would be that I scheduled myself for the earliest appointment at 8am, however The reps at the front desk were tentative and helpful. My only critique would be that I scheduled myself for the earliest appointment at 8am, however I had to wait until 3pm till the car inspection to be done.
