Huge waste of time and attempted to try to force crappy dealer packages and justify them as the reason for the discount. First Impression was NOT GOOD. Walked into service center to ask a questions and all 3 service agents never acknowledged I was standing there for over several minutes. No eye contact, No hello, we wi center to ask a questions and all 3 service agents never acknowledged I was standing there for over several minutes. No eye contact, No hello, we will be with you in a second, NO NOTHING. No customer service train which was quite evident. At the service desk was 3 reps, 1 female and 2 males.. Finally, the lady looks up and says Do you have an appointment? They all should have acknowledge a guest/customer and said someone will be with you or how can we help you? In the hotel world those people would be fired! Finally, the lady looks up Do you have an appointment. I said no, i have a situation and was wondering if a someone could look at my tire that another Jeep Dealership up in Santa Maria rotated the tires and put my spare back in and it bumping around. She immediately said, Sorry, we are BOOKED.. This is NOT GREAT CUSTOMER CARE.; NOT SURE would return. In my business they all need retraining for firing.! More

At the end of 6 days of madness, I only asked for an extended warranty. they told me that not only would they not do that, they would now charge me more for the warranty than on the day I bought the car. would not give me the name of gm. lied to me to avoid it. I havent been this frustrated or taken advantage of in a long time. PLEASE dont shop here. I'll give you a ride to Allen Auto down the road. More

False advertising Will never buy from this dealer! Work ethics are unprofessional. After driving 85 miles for them to appraise my trade in, waiting for return calls an Will never buy from this dealer! Work ethics are unprofessional. After driving 85 miles for them to appraise my trade in, waiting for return calls and finally coming to terms and ready to sign,I was told to secure the vehicle i should buy online. I did so and was confirmed. After purchasing online and getting confirmation on the asking price when i purchased online i was told that the price online was not correct. I was not even given a return phone call from the Manager Evan explaining the incorrect advertising. Instead, I received a text that the vehicle was sold and there was no further communication from this incompetent dealer. They obviously do not care about customer service and truly did not give a xxxx about honoring their advertised price. Instead of returning my calls to explain the discrepancy, they chose to ignore my calls, online purchase and sold the vehicle while I was waiting for a return call. This is unprofessional, greedy and unethical. Shoppers beware! More
