The manager claimed the special was a typo and that they would never sell a car for the price (that they listed on their website). The special had terms, cap cost, mileage, total payment… that’s not a typo, that’s an advertised deal. Manager made us feel like we were jerks for coming in for the special listed, and their sympathy/apology was very poor. Didn’t feel our time was respected and there was no remorse for their error. Upon arrival to test drive, John showed me the car that I hadn't even seen on the website as he knew based on what I was describing which one would be the best option. I knew I wasn't quite ready to buy at that very moment, but I came back the next week after my due diligence research and was ready to buy. I was able to do my credit app online and when I arrived the paperwork (and the car) were completely ready! In and out in an hour and now I have my dream car!
