Satyabratas It pains us to see how a great experience over 2 weeks ago was ruined for you when you craked the windshiled on the 2024 venza. This doesn't happen often but when it does you should contact your insurance company immediatly because it's accidental damage. we would like to agree with you, but hot weather doesn't cause windsield damage unless if the widshield had damage already and this is a brand new 2024 model that hasn't been exposed to any debris before you bought it, you told the slaesperson that you drove it to Newyork and back maybe that's when it happened. The tax for sold vehicles are calculated by the same system that all dealers use if we owe you taxes you should get it ASAP. I believe this was done already. We are concerned that you are not happy and this review is how you are showing it but please try to remember that we did offer you this 2024 venza for less than you local dealer actually than any other dealer because we appreciated your business. We've explained this to you many times when you called us and spoke with the salesman the finance manager and the general sales manager on different occasions. we wish you the best please be happy. Hello Mr. GM, Hope all is well with you. Before reaching out, I conducted some research and discovered the cause of the issue. It appears that some Toyota Venza owners have experienced windshield cracking without any apparent impact during normal use. This is a known problem, and many owners have reported it before. In that case, it might have happened while it was on your lot, which I either missed or was invisible at the time. Also study shows, Temperature fluctuations: Rapid temperature changes, like a significant drop at night and a quick rise around noon, can cause the glass to expand and contract, resulting in cracks. Reply: When I noticed the error, I immediately asked Tom to correct it. However, he also charged $82.50 in tax on the extended warranty purchased for the windshield and tires, which is incorrect. You mentioned, "We are concerned that you are not happy, and this review is how you are showing it. But please remember that we offered you this 2024 Venza for less than your local dealer or any other dealer because we appreciated your business.". Reply: According to True Car value, the price should have been $38,300, but you priced it around $39,800. Still I did not complain about this. You also said, "We've explained this to you many times when you called us and spoke with the salesman, the finance manager, and the general sales manager on different occasions.". Reply: When I spoke to your salesperson, he simply said, "We cannot do anything about it. Call your insurance." The finance gentleman, Tom, mentioned he would talk to you and refer it to the manufacturer’s warranty. Later, when I called again last Friday, he said "he would get a number for me to call and file claim on Mondy". When I called on Monday, he never responded even after eight calls and three voicemails. I hope this answers all your concerns and highlights the quality of service your dealership is providing. Before anything else, thank you for answering my review. I took my time to do the survey. I’m taking my time to respond so believe me it’s true. I’m not the kind of person that just for something minor give bad reviews. If I go to this dealer is because it’s too close to my house. But it’s not the first time people in the front desk don’t even acknowledge me. I’ve been standing in front of the front desk for 5 to 10 minutes and nobody even my turn their head to my location. So I make myself notice in the most polite way and is at that time when they answer but they are very rude. Check your video surveillance cameras so you can look at me just trying to see if somebody can help me and nobody does. So I get out of the office and go to the back just looking for my car before I ask anything.
