I was looking to upgrade from my 2002 Outback and made my way to World VW to explore all the options available. They had a large selection among their inventory between different models, trims and colors available to help you find the perfect fit for taste and budget. More important than having a good inventory though was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Isaac was extremely thorough in making sure he found me the perfect vehicle, by the end of the process I was sure he knew what I wanted more than I did. When making a large investment into a vehicle, it was great to have someone like Isaac to navigate through the overwhelming amount of options available. I like to be patient when car buying and make sure to find something I will be happy with for many years(I had been driving a car from 2002 until 2017). Isaac stayed patient with me through the entire process and was determined to get me the right car. Finally he found a beautiful certified pre owned Passat with single owner, clean car fax, low mileage, turbo, smart phone connectivity, and a rear camera that I could not pass up. Isaac made sure to show me the car quickly because he knew it would not last long with the low prices that they list their vehicles. I was able to get a bumper to bumper warranty through 100,000 miles and finance the car at such a low rate that I know it is an investment I will be happy with for years to come. World VW really sets the tone for how car buying should be: friendly service with quality inventory that is priced even better. More

Everyone in the office was beyond friendly, professional, and kind. Joe and Isaac turned what I thought could only be a stressful time, into a surprisingly relaxing & beyond positive experience. My father assisted me at the dealership and the next day he called me to say how he wanted to go back and buy a car from Joe because of what a nice guy he was. (note: my father has no use for another car; I think he really just wanted an excuse to hangout with Joe more, how many people could really say that about their car salesman?) I will definitely be a lifetime customer not for the great cars (you can find them anywhere), but for the extraordinary service and experience that you can't find anywhere else.
