I ended up buying a Passat and I am in love with it! We all dread buying a car - the haggling and the entire process - but this was quick, fun and painless! Jay was incredibly patient, as it took me 3 days to decide what I wanted. This is not your normal car dealership - they are not pushy at all. When I finally decided on a car, I went back to sign the paperwork and I was only there for about an hour! To my surprise, Jay lowered my payment by $4.00 less than what we agreed on! I am FOREVER buying my cars at this dealership and I will FOREVER work with Jay! I can not say enough good things about Jay and the dealership! More

WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP Purchased a car back in September of last year for my son. I was sold NSD insurance and told that it could be used for the purchase of a second vehicl Purchased a car back in September of last year for my son. I was sold NSD insurance and told that it could be used for the purchase of a second vehicle. I never got a copy of the actual contract and didn't realize this until my claim was denied. My son was in a car accident with the vehicle and believing I had $3000 from my NSD insurance I returned to this dealership in December to purchase a second vehicle. That's when I learned that the NSD was only good if my car was totaled. That's fine because it was totaled. Fast forward to February and Im being told that my NSD claim was denied because my son was charged with a DUI, and I was now responsible for the $3000 down payment. At this point I had sent them numerous copies of insurance info, police report and it took them two months to give me this information. I also had still not received my plated and registration from them. I was spoken to like a criminal by Laurie the bookkeeper and told that "do I expect to get the car for free, when my son was involved in criminal activities." Now im sure my son is not the first and wont be the last to be accused of DUI, and Im sure some of the employees and their families have been involved in illegal activities themselves. But I degress, They sold me a product that they either knew nothing about or they are purposely misleading buyers about this NSD insurance. I asked Steve their finance manager, as well as Isaac Nissim for a copy of the NSD with my signature, since I never received it in my original paperwork and I never received it. After being disrespected by Laurie, she finally sent me the paperwork and I paid them the money. Two days later, I was contacted by Kim who advised me that my plates and registration was now ready and would be sent to my house or work, but would need to be signed for because she would not want them stolen. She even suggested that I didn't live in a safe neighborhood. FYI, homes in my neighborhood sell for six figures, but when you are not the right hue,I guess assumptions can and will be made. Probably easier to do for a new car but we were buying a used certified car and they were able to accommodate us. They let us know right away once they had it. We came down, took it for a spin and were out the door with the vehicle in short order. It was detailed and ready by the front door by the time we finished signing the paperwork. Awesome, Awesome Experience. Issac and Steve pulled it off. Not only did they pull it off, they ran it to the bank and knocked it out of the ball park. From test drive to delivery Issac and Steve pulled it off. Not only did they pull it off, they ran it to the bank and knocked it out of the ball park. From test drive to delivery was 90 minutes flat. This was after MONTHS of dealing with other dealerships, jumping through too many flaming hoops, et cetera. I was originally "settling" for a 2017 Nissan Sentra with another dealership; but test drove a 2015 VW Jetta and fell in love at first sight. Highly recommend the dealership itself, Issac, Steve, and the entire team. Keep doing what you're doing, gentlemen. You're doing it well! More
