I have nothing but praise for this Honda dealership. I bought one Civic, leased another, and then leased a Honda Fit; all in all, I was a devoted customer of Hagerstown Honda/Kia for 24 years. I never ex bought one Civic, leased another, and then leased a Honda Fit; all in all, I was a devoted customer of Hagerstown Honda/Kia for 24 years. I never experienced a problem of ANY sort with either the Sales or Service Department. (How many U.S. drivers can say the same about THEIR auto dealership, I wonder?)
