After some back and forth emails about packages, colors and lease information we made an appointment to visit the dealership.. Ian met us and turned us over the Mat, a salesman, who was very knowledgeable about the CR V. He had the car ready for us to see and test drive. In the end we leased the CR V and traded in our car. After obtaining all needed information and a visit to the finance office - we had a CR V. Mat had the car detailed. filled with gas and set up my phone, and favorite radio stations,!!!! More

They are the most honest, caring, friendly, patient, knowledgeable people I have EVER dealt with. My salesman, Todd Haupt, was so wonderful to deal with. No matter how many tines he had repeat everything to me (and there was a lot) he was patient, gentle and took time to explain everything until there was no doubt as to what I just purchased. Ian, Dave and Jessie (I hope this is her name in finance) was so great to deal with. It is hard for me to remember all the names of these great people, but I thank God above for having the privilege to meet and deal with them. I will tell everyone to go to Hagerstown Honda for trust worthy deals and good honest people to deal with, who really do care more than just selling a car, they are there to make you happy and to work within your budget.
