Kyle answered al I purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot in August and the warm welcome from the sales staff at Hagerstown Honda made my decision a lot easier. Kyle answered all my questions with great knowledge and ease. He was still available and helpful with things that I didn't understand about the car weeks after I purchased it. The Pilot is a great vehicle and the only complaint I have with it is the radio. I am not a surris type of person but I do like to listen to local stations and they tend to fade in and out during my commute. Wanda C. More
