I'm very thankful that I was able to get my truck repaired. The job took a long time, even though I mentioned that this was my only vehicle. My truck was kept all weekend. Also, too much time was spent inspecting my truck instead of getting the repair done. I was given a list of over $9000 worth of things you wanted to do to my old truck. I started working with Ian, who held my truck over the weekend. He didn't tell me he would not be working on Monday, so it took me 2 hours to find the status of my truck. Ian told me he was shooting for 10 am Monday to have my truck ready, but noted the account as "customer needs by noon", which was not true. Corwin Toyota service is great and they are very responsive. We had a noise develop in the left front of our RAV-4 shortly after sliding and bumping a curb.
