My visit and service with Kevin Biddle was great (as always when I deal with Kevin). Ian Mack had graciously handled a prior service debacle and was very professional when talking with him on the phone always when I deal with Kevin). Ian Mack had graciously handled a prior service debacle and was very professional when talking with him on the phone. I have been driving a Toyota since first buying a 2004 Avalon and gave it to my step son after buying my 2015 Highlander from Toyota of Easley in 2016. I have all my oil changes, and service at Easley (have life time battery and now new tires all bought at Easley) and when need another car will again buy from Toyota of Easley. Again, Kevin is a jewel and I enjoy working with him whenever I come for any service. I observed other customers who were working with Kevin and they feel the same. Now if you will just let me submit this review without jumping through too many hoops, you will have my survey--this is the second time I've responded to the last service. Below stars are all for the last service done 7/31/2025. More

Been seeing Kevin for 20-25 years at Toyota of Easley. Always personable, concerned, and knowledgeable. Always a straight shooter when recommending any maintenance solutions. Always personable, concerned, and knowledgeable. Always a straight shooter when recommending any maintenance solutions. More

After one attempt at fixing the issue they ended up replacing the windshield. The problem was resolved. I was able to drive a loaner car while my car was being serviced. I appreciate everyone at the service center especially Ian and Daniel. I very much have a “let me speak to your manager” personality at this point in my life and they were very gracious during the experience. Highly recommend their sales and service department. More

Car buying is a very anxious experience for me because I have had bad experiences in the past. I’m sure it is evident. It’s hard to know if you are getting a good deal. The numbers are all over the place. T have had bad experiences in the past. I’m sure it is evident. It’s hard to know if you are getting a good deal. The numbers are all over the place. Toyota of Easley worked with me to get what I believe is a great deal. I have had a wind issue with the vehicle but they have allowed me to drive a loaner car while they hopefully solve the issue. Karl has been very gracious during this experience. More

I purchased a new 2023 4Runner 4x4 off-road TRD premium from Toyota of Easley. Sometime after a cross threaded bolt on the skid plate was replaced, I noticed that the Main Skid plate was missing from my from Toyota of Easley. Sometime after a cross threaded bolt on the skid plate was replaced, I noticed that the Main Skid plate was missing from my vehicle. This is an off road skid plate that is on every 4x4 I’ve every seen. I know I saw one on my vehicle when I crawled under my 4Runner after the first oil change. I retired as a master certified technician so I knew exactly what I was looking at. Arriving at the dealership I spoke directly with the service manager and he took me back in the shop as soon as my vehicle was up on a lift. Standing under my vehicle, I showed them where the missing skid plate was when I purchased the vehicle. The manger and 3or4 technicians were there. The manager went into an area to check on something. He came back and announced that the skid plate I was talking about only can on the pro model. He offered to sell me one at a discount and install it for free. I declined. I realized I was getting nowhere with them. They had made up their minds. So I left. I am furious about this. I know what was there when I purchased the vehicle. I’m through with Toyota of Easley. I live in Taylors. I have a dealership much closer to my home. More

I went here to get a simple software update for my torque converter, as it is the solution to a common problem on the Camry. The dealership refused to perform the update unless I had them replace the torque converter, as it is the solution to a common problem on the Camry. The dealership refused to perform the update unless I had them replace the torque converter (whether it needed to be or not). Yet ironically if I replaced it myself and brought it back, then they would perform the update. After two and a half hours they tell me this and suddenly want to perform diagnostics to tell if it's what I think it is or not. What were they even doing all that time if not diagnosing anything ? I mean, the vehicle history and the TSC clearly show that this is a common problem on the Camry and it is the fix that Toyota came up with to resolve it. Seems to me this specific dealership is simply trying to funnel money out of people. Absolutely absurd, these people. Do not recommend. More
