Buying a car that isn’t very common in the market can be stressful. Ian made it so seamless and comfortable. He was 100% honest from the jump and all the way through. We had an awesome experience trading in our older VW Jetta and purchasing a new VW Tiguan, thanks to the incredibly helpful team we worked with - namely Ian (our sales person), Boris (the KBB specialist Jetta and purchasing a new VW Tiguan, thanks to the incredibly helpful team we worked with - namely Ian (our sales person), Boris (the KBB specialist), and Alex (the finance pro). We started off our car buying process at a different VW dealership and had a pretty negative experience, leading us to visit the Evanston location. We were so pleasantly surprised by the whole process, from start to finish. We appreciated the transparency into everything, from the appraisal process all the way through to signing our final document. Ian was incredibly knowledgeable and just easy to talk to. Buying a car can be somewhat tedious and time consuming but we genuinely enjoyed getting to know Ian over the course of a couple of hours. He took the time to answer our questions, understand our needs, and meet us where we wanted to be financially. We can’t say enough good things about VW of Evanston and the whole team!
