It was my first car purchase and I was not only new to the process but worried it would be an extremely stressful and unpleasant experience! However, Luis was so amazing in helping me through the process!!! He not only made it enjoyable and as stress-free as possible, he also helped me pick just the right car. We discussed many options that would be helpful for me. I was looking for a fuel efficient car with lots of cargo space to fit my dog's mobility cart. We considered many options, test drove some cars. He even offered to make sure my dog's mobility cart fit into a better model before I decided! They were even able to help me find just the right model in my budget!! He answered all my questions in a way that I could understand and helped me learn about all the useful features in the car that would be especially relevant to me. We discussed in detail many different options and what to consider before finally deciding on everything. Once I decided, I wasn't sure how difficult or how long the process would be given I was doing everything for the first time (including getting new insurance). But the entire process from start to finish only took an afternoon! When I left, I felt like everything was complete and taken care of. And I felt much less stressed knowing I could always contact Luis and Royal Kia if I had any further questions. At the end of the day, I left with my new Kia Soul which I love! Felt happy about my purchase and confident that Royal Kia would be there if I had any questions. He spent time helping me adjust the car just right and setting up any tech I needed before driving off the lot in my new car! To make the process even nicer, I also got the most beautiful long stem roses! Which really brightened my day and was such a nice gesture. I am so glad I walked into Royal Kia and found Luis! Luis, Beto, and Royal Kia not only made my first car buying experience amazing, the location is beautiful and there is a service center right at the back. Everything seems to be very well organized and what I liked most was very high tech. There is even a beautiful waiting room with refreshments and snacks for those waiting for servicing or paperwork! Above all, I felt like Luis and their customer service were exemplary!! More
