They marked down the wrong mileage for my service on my carfax, the advisor slammed his hands on the desk when asked about my vehicle status. They tried to charge me for something when I have a warranty an carfax, the advisor slammed his hands on the desk when asked about my vehicle status. They tried to charge me for something when I have a warranty and the issue was very apparent but they “couldnt find or see it”. This dealership has given me now 2 poor experiences for service and its seems they want to just screw you out of money and not actually do the service or work requested. I waited over 6 hours and around hour 4-5 they saw me in the waiting room and said “oh I thought you left, I didn't realize you waited for you car”. I dont see myself purchasing or recommending another toyota or this dealership from the awful experiences I’ve encountered on multiple occasions between here and middletown toyota. More

Couldn’t find the representative that helped me when I went to get my car. So I had to wait 15 minutes until another individual helped me. Your dealership is clean and inviting. I have never had an issue with your service department. All of your service people have been great.
