Was very please with the trade in value that was quoted and the owner took a personal interest in selecting a vehicle that he knew we would like, Hugo Ayala had sold us 3 of the 4 previous cars that we purchased from Ray Chevrolet and we decided to give him a chance to find the right car for us. We had negotiated and test drove a similar SUV from another dealer and were almost ready to commit to the purchase of a Nissan Pathfinder. Comparing the increased cost of the Traverse, that we purchased, to the Pathfinder almost resulted in our decision. The obvious increased luxury appointments and the knowledge that any future service or assistance would be great helped us decide to make our purchase at Ray Chevrolet. More
