Hugo was great. He was the only person at the dealership that was in it to please the customer. Great employee! Has a lease I needed out of to buy the new vehicle. They led me to believe they would take that was in it to please the customer. Great employee! Has a lease I needed out of to buy the new vehicle. They led me to believe they would take care of that, until I got Ther. Had to argue to get only a portion of my lease completed. But with trucks being in high demand they do not need the customer right now we need them and they know it. But once again Hugo was great, only good thing about the purchase other than the truck, I really like the truck. More

He never tried to up sell anything and simply did as I asked regarding the on star . I would definitely call him in the future..I would also like to add that when I pulled up to the dealership a service tech was outside and approached me and asked if he could help and I told him I was here to see Hugo so he took me inside to his desk and had him paged.. unfortunately I did not get his name but would give him 5 stars as well!!
