If you offer a low price to “sign the deal right now”, honor that price. Don’t say “they won’t approve it.” You’re the freaking sales manager. You know what price you can sell the car for…if you cannot ho honor that price. Don’t say “they won’t approve it.” You’re the freaking sales manager. In addition, when a customer says no to a price, don’t send over a 2nd, 3rd and eventually a 4th “Sales Manager” to close the deal. And if your Sales Manager states “where did these numbers come from…don’t ask me, be prepared. And what should be the number one thing not to do to a customer, besides all of the above, is to NOT flat out lie to a customer. Example, purchase price was quoted at 36,000.00. Down payment was 20,000.00. If the “miscommunication “ (lie) was that 36k was what was being financed (not sell price), then the 36k plus the 20k down payment totaled 56k for the purchase price of the vehicle. Sticker price was 48k. As you can see, the numbers don’t add up. They get 2.5 stars on Yelp. Read their reviews. Most describe their “strong arm” tactics. More

I was a cash buyer and still spent 6+ hours at this dealership. During that time, We saw a lot of employees standing around laughing and talking with each other while customers waited in the lobby. Ok, normally I would recommend to anyone to avoid at all cost any dealership at the Roseville auto mall. But, now look at me recommending Roseville Toyota! I had a wonderful experience buying my new Toyota cost any dealership at the Roseville auto mall. But, now look at me recommending Roseville Toyota! I had a wonderful experience buying my new Toyota 4 runner there! Treyvon my salesman was Awesome, super friendly, super helpful finding the right car for me and my family! Howard is another wonderful friendly person to do business with. Even the finance gentleman that helped us was great! Super service and very polite no matter what I sent his way during the process! If you’re looking for a Toyota or a nice used car, stop by or call and ask for Treyvon!! Even though the car buying process takes FOREVER, no matter where you go, at least having fun dealing with nice people smooths out the ride for me. Give them a try!! The 3 people that I worked with took most of that pain out of the process buying a car. Hopefully the management at that dealership realizes the great people they have as employees and makes sure they stay there. This is the first time in my life I have recommended a car dealership.
