Thanks for reaching out the damage was done and reputation is ruined. Mahamad Ali another manager has offered me a free oil change. That'was the response to resolve this issue. It's clear and obvious that Toyota Roseville does not honor what they say. Not much to do about the situation now. I know others have had worse experiences then my family and I had. It's a lesson learned. Car salesmen have always had a history of bad reputations it's sad that Roseville Toyota mirrors this shameful way of doing business.
