I don’t think it’s fair to be treated that way regardless I’m a long term customer or not, my case shouldn’t be addressed so poorly more consideration should be given, I’m so embarrassed I have been mocked by my friends whom I advised to consider this dealership for his next purchase. From the beginning my car had and has problems with the engine fans, it turns on a lot, at first they tried to help, then they left me like that because they already sold it to me.
