I had never set foot in a BMW dealership before. I didn't know what to expect as I probably wasn't going to be one of their most affluent customers. I was welcomed as if I was someone who was affluent. Holley and the rest of the staff were great. I'll admit I probably wasn't the easiest customer to sell a car to but in the end I did buy one. They took all the time needed to make me feel comfortable with the car before I left the dealership. There was a minor issue with the car I was buying and they took care of it no questions asked.
