We have purchased our third vehicle from Kyle and his team. We are very pleased with the service and how they we able to help us after an unfortunate loss of a vehicle due to a collision. Our experience with Sunset Ford of Waterloo was AMAZING! ! JOHN RIES did a FANTASTIC JOB helping us get the vehicle we wanted for the BEST PRICE!!! His manager, Kyle, was AWESOME as well working with us and ! JOHN RIES did a FANTASTIC JOB helping us get the vehicle we wanted for the BEST PRICE!!! Everyone was very nice and helpful!!(sorry can’t remember everyone’s names to mention) Even Larry from Sunset Ford St. Louis followed up to thank us for our purchase. That was impressive! Also loved the personal thank you note from John on the sun visor! Nice surprise and very nice touch!! We will definitely be recommending Sunset Ford to all of our friends and family!! More
