The wonderful woman Maria that was helping us was so delightful. So good we ended up getting another car. She answered all of our questions and gave us an amazing experience. The minute we walked in we delightful. So good we ended up getting another car. She answered all of our questions and gave us an amazing experience. The minute we walked in we were welcomed warmly which I have to say was better then the bmw dealership we went to before who were very cold and didn't even bother greatng or helping us until we asked someone. So by far this dealership I highly recommend. To anyone looking for a new car. And ask for Maria. More

They would not honor the Internet price they played games, the manager Joe was extremely rude. The only reason I still bought the vehicle from there. It was because it was the only one in Central Flori games, the manager Joe was extremely rude. The only reason I still bought the vehicle from there. The gentleman that actually helped me in sales was nice, but literally, I believe this place has no integrity and will not be recommending it and be telling everybody to stay away from the dealership due to that manager and their way they price things. Sales reps wears his emotions on his sleeve. His body language changed during negotiations. When you don’t get everything your way during negotiations you don’t show changes in behavior. It tell His body language changed during negotiations. When you don’t get everything your way during negotiations you don’t show changes in behavior. It tells the customer you're more worried about your commission and metrics than your customer. Build better rapport with your customer organically, it helps with your negotiation. However don’t change your attitude after we settle on a much less number. Finance guys were great. Sales rep was ok. Facility was great also. More
