The staff was fast efficient and very friendly. They were also very thoroughly and informative in explaining I would need new tires soon. My CX5 had an "engine" symbol showing. Brought my car in to Cyrena Moreno. She was very friendly and listened to me. Left my car to be checked out. Later got a video from Hector showing me and explaining wh to Cyrena Moreno. She was very friendly and listened to me. Left my car to be checked out. Later got a video from Hector showing me and explaining why my light was on. He was very thorough and I understood what was going on. Then I got a phone call from Cyrena and Hector discussing what needed to be done to fix my problem. We agreed and Hector did a wonderful job fixing my engine. When I went to pick up my car, again, Cyrena was was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. This level of service is why I continue to come to this dealer for service and new cars. More
