I had visited a number of BMW dealers, some much larger than Crystal Lake BMW. However none were more welcoming, knowledgeable, open and honest than Crystal Lake BMW! Kudos to there entire team! Michelle was patient and understanding as our ideal vehicle changed and helped us find the perfect car that met all of our needs. She sent updates on new models and worked over a holiday weekend to get us into our car. Even when faced with a technical issue, Michelle was persistent in finding a solution and ensured a timely delivery of the vehicle.
