I am exceptionally satisfied with my customer service experience each time I visit the Bryan College Station Toyota dealership. My experience begins immediately when I drive into the service lane. I am always greeted with a smile at check-in and while I am waiting for my service advisor, Heather B., my windshield is being cleaned. Since I have owned a vehicle, I have never experienced the red carpet rolled out for me like I have at this dealership. My service advisor, Heather B. Is also exceptional. She is very knowledgeable about her job, personable and professional. I appreciate her sincerity and honesty. I also appreciate her follow-up calls. More

Heather is great. She explains everything thoroughly and she keeps in touch with us making suggestions but not pressuring us to accomplish things that are not quite ne She explains everything thoroughly and she keeps in touch with us making suggestions but not pressuring us to accomplish things that are not quite necessary on the other hand she has made sure she makes it clear that certain things should be done. The only reason I gave four stars for The shop is it took two hours with an appointment and my appointment was not on the schedule even though I had confirmation of an appointment. More

Service was not good. Toyota has really gone down hill as far as customer service. Heather barely said 2 sentences to me. Literally. I called twice to check if repairs were done never got a call. I’ve gotten over 6 vehicles here. Last time being early this year co signing for my daughter. Again customer service not like it once was. Maybe becaiuse my car isn’t new like some people. That’show I’m made to feel. I left a review a few months ago as to how I wasn’t happy. Never got a response so not gonna hold my breathe on this one. More
