Heath was a great sales man. Im very unhappy about the maintenance agreement was not disclosed. I was told about the cost of the warranty which was very expensive $3620. Then I get an extra $880 on top of it so over $4300 added to my loan. I also had to wait for the vehicle to be serviced before I picked it up. Service was closed so No one told me what they fixed or what was wrong with it after I purchased the car. You would think they would let me know what was wrong and why they fixed it. To top it off they serviced the car but forgot to put coolant so I had to go buy coolant and fill it up. I sent Health the Receipt and also asked him about the service with no response. I also called and spoke with someone else over the phone about the maintenance agreement. But then he told me I needed to talk to the person in finance who close my loan. They had no answers except that. I was told to calk back again and talk to service unfortunately they are closed when I get off work. More

We've been customers of this dealership for over 30 years. It has changed owners a few times. I feel you are gauging your customers with your high prices for service. Always had nissan but we feel the next vehicle will not be from your dealership. We love Johnny Barrington and trust him 100 percent, but you are getting way out of hand on your service price. We paid you 200.00 for diagnostic and another 559.53 For the service. TOTAL of 759.54 to fix a window. It would be different if it would of been all windows, but not for one. We've sent people to your business to purchase vehicles. I feel the owner only cares about his pocket and not helping out the people who keep his business going. No customers, no business.
