I went into Gary Yeomans Honda to have my fuel pump replaced due to a Honda recall. I was fortunate to have Lisa Klarich for my Service person. In addition to the fuel pump, a had a slow leak in my lef replaced due to a Honda recall. I was fortunate to have Lisa Klarich for my Service person. In addition to the fuel pump, a had a slow leak in my left rear tire. Lisa explained that due to worn tread the tire would need to be replaced along with the other rear tire. In addition my rear brakes needed replacing. Lisa did a great job of explaining and showing me exaclty what needed to be done for the rear brakes. Unfortunately, both the tires, that Lisa had in-stock, but then discovered they were no longer in-stock when it came time to replace them, and the brake shoes were out to astock. I chose to wait at Gary Yeomans Honda for both to be delivered to the dealer. Although I was there from 7:20 to 4:30 p.m. I never felt pressured. I came prepared with my lap top to do work, and Lisa kindly offered an empty service office for me to do my work. As a "thank you" for my patience the Service Manager, with encouragement from Lisa, gave me a third tire, that I needed replaced, free of charge to thank me for my patience. I will continue to use Gary Yeomans Honda to service my 2018 Honda CRV. At the end of a long day I drove home with my well maintained 2018 Honda CRV. More

I have always had a great experience with the service department. Rich used to be my advisor and he is great! I brought my car in on a Saturday and dropped it off for maintenance. Once completed they called and said I could pick up my keys in the sales center. When I entered the sales center. I approached the front desk, where a woman never once looked up and away from her cell phone. I continued standing there, wondering if she would ever notice that I was there. Finally a gentleman walked by and saw me, and asked if I needed assistance, and not to my surprise, but even then, this woman never looked up from her phone. Had I been coming to purchase a car, I would have walked right back out. So if you are needing any help with sales, maybe starting with the ones that are the first faces people see when they come in, as it will set the tone for the whole experience. More

I purchased a vehicle eight months ago from Gary Yeoman Honda, and I’ve had several issues since. They sold me the car with a motor part that wasn’t properly installed, and I had to spend $226 of my own mo Honda, and I’ve had several issues since. They sold me the car with a motor part that wasn’t properly installed, and I had to spend $226 of my own money to fix it. When I brought this to their attention, they only offered me a tire rotation. I accepted, but after the rotation, the car began shaking and pulling to the right. When I returned to the dealership, the technician told me one of the tires was smaller than the others. This tire had passed their inspection when I purchased the vehicle, but now that it was moved to the front, the technician admitted it wasn’t safe. He even said he wouldn’t let his own wife drive the car in that condition. Despite this, the dealership refused to take responsibility and told me I’d have to purchase a new tire, even though this smaller tire was on the car when I bought it. Their lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Not only was the car sold to me in an unsafe condition, but they also failed to resolve the issue after admitting the problem. My safety, and that of my family, seems irrelevant to them. They simply want me to spend more money rather than correct their mistake. This is terrible customer service, and I’m still waiting for them to address this dangerous situation. More

My rep, Lisa, was always on top of my complicated situation. Informative and polite. I think, however, that all the reps there are overworked and understaffed, Lisa had well over a dozen vehicles on situation. Informative and polite.
