Seen the truck I wanted on the web site for the Weatherford location. After I filled out the info to let them know I was interested the manager called and put me in touch with a salesman I told him Weatherford location. After I filled out the info to let them know I was interested the manager called and put me in touch with a salesman I told him the stock number I was interested in and I let him know it would be a couple of days before I could come out. The next day I emailed the salesman to let him know what time to expect me and that I assumed the truck was on the lot. The following day I drove 45 minutes ‘to that location only to find out it was at the Granbury Location that was 15 minutes closer to my home. Mistakes happen but someone could have at least walked out on the lot and put eyes on the truck and saved me some time. I guess that should have been my first warning. So, I drove to the Granbury location. Hassan met with me and was very helpful. The VIP package was tacked on of course I expected that, it’s on the web site. What I didn’t expect was to be charged extra for the gold certification. Finally made it to the xxM office and guess what the only way to get a better interest rate is to buy to warranty. I had already been there three hours are more and was beat down and getting hungry. I did purchase the truck but if I could have found a similar one elsewhere with close to the same mileage and color I would have most likely gone elsewhere. More

It has been years since have had a bad experience at a car dealership. Normally we shop local and get treated well. The people at Shottenkirk were nice but not forthright. We drove 5 and half hours becaus car dealership. Normally we shop local and get treated well. The people at Shottenkirk were nice but not forthright. We drove 5 and half hours because my son found a truck that he wanted and we didn’t have one near us. We get there are the price was not as advertised. They added $800 for window tinting and $900 for a vip package that I told them we didn’t want but they said they would not remove it. What is better than VIP is not getting $1700 added after you drive so far. We agreed to buy it anyway as they probably knew we would. As we were finishing the deal the Tyrone offered the warranty. My son is 20 and making his first major purchase and can’t afford to add more to his monthly payment. But Tyrone said what would it take. I told him we would take the warranty only if it didn’t raise the monthly payment. In about 10 seconds he lowered the interest rate to make it all fit at that price. I don’t appreciate the games. In the future we will do our business with people we trust. More
