Went to get a oil change with a dealership coupon. I presented the coupon before service, and I was told it would be good. Unfortunately after the oil change I was told by the service advisor that she I presented the coupon before service, and I was told it would be good. Unfortunately after the oil change I was told by the service advisor that she doesn't know how to honor the coupon. So I paid full price. Also I made an appointment a week ahead of time, but it's still was first come first serve with or without an appointment. As I'm waiting I see vehicles that came an hour after me leaving before me. So four hours later (for an oil change) I was over charged. Never again! More

Katie did not call me when my vehicle was ready and she left work. I was told I was unable to get my vehicle until your next day and I had to work . After I basically refused to leave and was told there wa left work. I was told I was unable to get my vehicle until your next day and I had to work . After I basically refused to leave and was told there was nothing that could be done, I finally got my car. Once I took it for an oil change and they recommended things that had already been done. I couldn’t trust the technicians at that point. More
