My care needed special maintenance at 105k. I did catch an error and the service advisor agreed and this dealership " made it right." The honest way this was handled restores my faith in this dealership's honesty. I utilize the valet service because my demanding work schedule leaves me little scheduled time for car maintenance. The service department constantly updates me with texts, links to photos of the worn out parts beneath the car, severity and measurements of the safety issue, and an accurate summary. I can pick and choose which maintenance to schedule and which can safely wait for a later repair date.Soon there will be 2 Subaru dealerships in my home town;but, I will continue to use the service at this dealership because they are technically capable, good with communicating updates, offer valet service, and drum roll: wash my car for free. They even wash my weathertech floor mats and polish my dashboard and steering wheel. I truly appreciate this as cold temperatures preclude me from going to a regular car wash. They also managed to deliver my car as promised @ schedule between work tasks that prevent me from leaving a particular area within my company. The loaner car was tuned to a great Sirius FM station and I truly enjoyed the musical experience. More
