They were ok but not organized. The sales guy that I had spoken to was out when I went in to buy after speaking to him several times. I said the date and time I was going and when h The sales guy that I had spoken to was out when I went in to buy after speaking to him several times. I said the date and time I was going and when he wasn’t there no one had any information about the car or what we had talked about. Sat around for a while before they got up to speed. They tried to charge for bogus things like carbon offset which I told them to remove. When I went to pick it up the sales guy was out again and the standin didn’t know why there was only one key. Plus the back window doesn’t close all the way which they said they would fix but apparently didn’t. I wouldn’t go back. I just really wanted a grabber blue Mustang and it was hard to find somewhere else. More

It was fine. I’ve had much worse experiences and it’s a nice group of guys there but it is still a car dealership. You do still have to stay on your toes at the o I’ve had much worse experiences and it’s a nice group of guys there but it is still a car dealership. You do still have to stay on your toes at the offer tables. My experience got a little warm for a bit there. That’s said though, when we were just looking around in the beginning of our visit, and once everything was signed, it’s a great facility and these folks are a good time. I would recommend. More

These guys were outstanding. They fixed my issue and even informed me that the warranty on that particular part had been extended on my 2017 Forester. If I HAD to come up with something to complain about, it would be that the free carwash took a few minutes longer than they though it would. But, hey, it was FREE, so I really can't even complain about that! More
