Lied to me about a vehicle being there to get me through the door and try to sell me different cars that were obviously not as good a deal. Told me to come test drive the car we agreed upon and assured me i the door and try to sell me different cars that were obviously not as good a deal. Told me to come test drive the car we agreed upon and assured me it was on the lot waiting for me and only AFTER i filled out paper work told me the car that they knew i was coming to test drive that day was sent to a different location coincidentally that same day. I believe the only reason they have such good ratings is because people are willing to overlook the old bait and switch scam and take a different vehicle. Either that or they come in without a specific car in mind which is strange because it defeats the purpose of the ability to browse their inventory and do a little research on the car before you show up. More

SLOW!!!!!!! The process took 5 hours in all. Yes, I did have trouble with lies that made me change salesmen, but the process is way too long! I was told that I The process took 5 hours in all. Yes, I did have trouble with lies that made me change salesmen, but the process is way too long! I was told that I was going to be approved for "any car on the lot". Once approved (3 hours) I was not shown all available vehicles. First car I tested was dirty, had a bad, right turn signal, squishy brakes and out of gas! The second car was rusted to the point that it was not going to last the term of the loan. It was $2000 over KBB, as well! I was so discussed I left! I came back to pick up my proof paperwork (I was so upset, I forgot it!), and was served by another salesman. Even with the credit approved, it still took 3 hours to get in a vehicle to drive home. With today's technology, this process should only take 2 hours for the paperwork. More
