I made an appointment using the online system, received a confirmation e mail with all the details including my appointment time, telling me a Service Rep would reach out to reconfirm. No one contacted me, confirmation e mail with all the details including my appointment time, telling me a Service Rep would reach out to reconfirm. No one contacted me, when I called the day before the Dealership had no record of the appointment and could not fit me in at the original time. Really disappointing! More

We are grateful to Guy and the technician who got us on the road sooner. Our transmission went so Guy Informed us that the technician stayed late to finish early the next day, so we get back on the road. G the road sooner.
